• Cantilever structure with no shaft seals: Featuring a single-stage, single-suction cantilever design, the pump has no bearings or shaft seals between the impeller and casing. This eliminates seal failure risks, reducing downtime and maintenance work.
• Rugged shaft design for stable operation: The pump shaft in submerged parts is built with sufficient rigidity to handle heavy loads, ensuring smooth and continuous operation even in harsh conditions.
• Semi-open impeller with mixing blades: The semi-open impeller with mixing blades at the inlet prevents solid particle settlement, enabling efficient handling of high-density, abrasive media with large solid particles.
• Flexible submerged length options: The standard submerged length is 1.3 meters, suitable for most mud pits. An extended suction pipe can be added on request to adapt to different installation depths.
• Reliable direct drive system: The vertical motor is mounted on the bearing support base and connected to the pump via a coupling, ensuring stable power transmission and simple maintenance.
