Product Description

The desilter is a key purification equipment in the drilling fluid solid control system. The main body can be directly equipped with cyclones, adopting a 4-inch cyclone cone structure to stably separate 15–44μm fine solid particles, effectively reduce mud sand content, and improve mud performance and reuse rate.

This desilter features a quick-clamp structure for easy installation, disassembly and maintenance. The cyclone chamber and underflow outlet are made of high-wear-resistant polyurethane, resistant to erosion and corrosion with longer service life. It has large processing capacity, stable operation and low noise, widely used in oil drilling, HDD, pile foundation mud, mine tailings and other solid control desilting applications.

Choosing the desilter ensures strong adaptability, convenient replacement and high separation efficiency, providing a stable and reliable solid control solution for on-site mud purification.
