1. Ideal for Decanter Centrifuge Feeding: The single screw pump is the ideal equipment for feeding  to decanter centrifuge. The main parts are the screw shaft (rotor) and screw shaft bushing (stator). The unique geometry of these two parts creates continuous pressurizing capacity, allowing waste fluids to flow along the shaft. The low internal flow speed, stable capacity and pressure eliminate vortex and agitation. The screw shaft is typically made of stainless steel, and TR Solids Control also offers full stainless steel body screw pumps as an option.

Flexible Drive & Easy Maintenance: The screw pump can be driven by a coupler, or its speed can be adjusted via a variable speed motor, triangle V-belt, gear box, etc. The TRG series screw pump features fewer accessories, a compact structure, small footprint, and easy maintenance. The rotor and stator are wearing parts and are easy to replace. The stator is made of synthetic rubber material, giving it unique advantages over other pumps when transferring fluids with high viscosity and hard suspended particles.
