The TRCN Series Desilter is a critical third-stage solids control equipment designed for oilfield and HDD drilling fluid systems, specifically engineered to remove fine solid particles (15~44μm) from drilling mud. Built with 4-inch hydrocyclones and optional bottom shaker screens, this desilter ensures efficient solids-liquid separation, protects downstream equipment, and maintains optimal drilling fluid performance.

Our drilling mud desilter comes in multiple configurations (TRCN100-4N / 6N/8N / 12N/16N / 20N) to match different flow rate requirements, with processing capacities ranging from 60m³ to 300m³. Operating at a working pressure of 0.25~0.4MPa, the 4 inch hydrocyclone desilter delivers stable, high-efficiency separation for both weighted and unweighted drilling fluids.

Customization is available for all models: the desilter can be configured with or without a bottom shaker (underflow screen) to meet your specific site needs.
