Desander are the second stage of critical purification equipment in solid-phase control systems, designed to treat harmful solid phases in drilling fluids with particle sizes between 45-74 microns . It is directly located behind the vibrating screen and is used to remove medium-sized particles such as sand separated by the cyclone, greatly reducing the load of downstream desilting and centrifuges, and is an indispensable heavy equipment to ensure the performance of drilling fluid, protect drilling tools, and reduce the total cost of drilling.
