Product Description

Shaker Parts Desander Cyclone for High-Performance Shakers

Product Description

The Desander Cylone is a key equipment in the solid control system of drilling fluid, which is mainly used to separate solid particles (such as sand particles, rock chips, etc.) with a particle size of 15-47 microns in the drilling fluid, reduce the density of drilling fluid, improve drilling efficiency, and protect subsequent equipment (such as centrifuges, mud pumps) from wear.

Advantage

Efficient separation: It can remove more than 90% of solid-phase particles with a particle size > 20 microns.

Wear-resistant design: Uses high-hardness polyurethane or ceramic lining for extended service life.

Modular installation: Multiple sets of cyclones can be connected in parallel, and the processing capacity can be flexibly adjusted (such as a single processing capacity of 30-200m³/h).

Low maintenance: No moving parts, low failure rate, only regular inspection of wear.

Supporting equipment

It is usually combined with vibrating screens, desilders, and centrifuges to form a multi-stage solid control system.

It needs to be paired with a sand pump to provide the feed pressure.

Application

Oil/gas drilling: for secondary solid control of drilling fluids (located after the shaker and before the desiltator).

Mine tailings treatment: separation of coarse particles in slurry.

Environmental engineering: sediment separation in industrial wastewater.
