Product Description

Bored Pile Desanding Plant is a type of equipment used in the construction of bored piles, primarily for foundation works in construction projects. These plants are designed to treat the slurry used in the drilling process by removing sand, silt, and other particles that can affect the efficiency of drilling and the quality of the pile. The slurry, usually a mixture of water and bentonite or polymer, is used to stabilize the borehole during drilling and prevent soil collapse.

The desanding plant's primary function is to recover the bentonite slurry for reuse and to clean the drilling fluid by separating solid particles (sand and silt) that accumulate during the boring process. This is important because clean slurry ensures smooth operation and optimal performance during pile installation.

How Does Bored Pile Desanding Plant Work?

Mud will be pumped out by high-pressure slurry pump from mud pit, then the mud goes into the shale shaker which Install polyurethane screen panels for bigger solids separation. Usually, according the mud flow requirement, mud shale shaker install 2 screen panels or 3 screen panels with different shaker screen mesh size for further separation. Solids particles will discharge out through screen panels outlet and clean mud drop into mud tank.

Centrifugal pump is used to pump the mud from mud tank into the hydrocyclones. Heavier solid particles enter the vibrating screen through the nozzle, and lighter clean mud flows out through the overflow outlet of the hydrocyclones. Hydrocyclones can perform the finest cut according to the solids size.
