This 90m³/h horizontal centrifuge is widely applied in oilfield drilling, solid control systems, waste mud
treatment and various industrial separation scenarios. By utilizing high-speed centrifugal force, it can
effectively separate fine solid particles from drilling fluid, remove harmful sediments, purify mud and
stabilize fluid density. Reasonable structural design brings stable operation, low noise and strong wear
resistance, which helps reduce equipment loss and improve construction efficiency. It plays a key role in
protecting downstream equipment, lowering comprehensive operating costs and ensuring continuous
and safe on-site operation.
Features and Benefits:
1. The straight section and conical section of the bowl are made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, adopting the
centrifugal casting process.
2. All other components of the bowl assembly are made of SS316L stainless steel.
3. The screw conveyor is protected by YG6 wear-resistant alloy inserts, boasting a long service life and
convenient maintenance and replacement.
4. The feed distribution port of the screw conveyor and the solids discharge port of the bowl are protected by
easily replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeves, which extend the service life and maintenance cycle of the
enquiry.
