This 135m³/h vertical submerged slurry pump is specially designed for conveying granular and highly

abrasive slurry and mud media, it adopts vertical submerged structure that can be directly immersed

in liquid with easy installation, small space occupation and convenient maintenance, equipped with

wear-resistant impeller and pump body for excellent abrasion and corrosion resistance as well as stable

and long-lasting operation, it features low running noise and good leakage resistance to adapt to harsh working conditions, widely applied in oilfield solids control, mine coal washing, metallurgy,

sewage treatment and other industries to meet high flow slurry conveying demands.

Features and Benefits

TRYZ series submersible slurry pump mainly supply mud for shale shaker and decanter centrifuge from

the mud pit. The structure is single sucking cantilever type. It uses bearing seat, supporting seat and

pipe to connect the hydraulic parts of pump, and liquid is discharged from the hydraulic hose assembly

. Pump's impeller is semi‑open type, and it's equipped with mixing bladed in the stretch part ofimpeller inlet. The main features of our submersible slurry pump are to have enough rigidity in submer

ged parts of the shaft, and don't set bearing and shaft seals between the impeller and pump case, and

could convey the medium containing solid particles with larger density. The standard length of pump

inserting liquid is 1.3 meter, and can be equipped with a suction pipe if required. We operate shaft

seals by inserting the pump into liquid. The transmission works by vertical motor mounted on the

bearing base, connected by coupling and the pump.
