TR Vacuum Shale Shaker handles normal solids separation and adds another recovery stage at the end of the screen deck. After the main screening process, some drilling fluid remains on the cuttings. The vacuum removes part of this fluid before discharge.
Drilling returns enter the shaker and travel across the vibrating screens. At the final screen section, continuous negative pressure pulls the remaining fluid through the screen and into the collection pan and suction line. The recovered fluid goes back to the mud system, while the cuttings leave the shaker with less liquid.
The vacuum screen assembly is available with a new shaker or as a retrofit for a compatible existing shaker. Its compact layout also suits rigs where deck space is limited.
