TR Screw Pump moves drilling fluid, sludge, and slurry through a progressive cavity pumping action. The positive-displacement arrangement keeps the flow steady when the fluid is viscous or contains suspended solids.
A rotor turns inside an elastomer stator and forms a series of sealed cavities. As the rotor turns, each cavity carries fluid from the suction inlet toward the discharge outlet. The continuous movement gives the pump a smooth, controlled flow without the high-speed impeller action of a centrifugal pump.
For solids control and drilling waste treatment, the pump is often installed before a decanter centrifuge or between process tanks. It feeds the centrifuge at a controlled rate and transfers drilling fluid or slurry from one stage to the next. Model selection takes flow rate, pressure, fluid properties, and operating conditions into account.
