Polyurethane Panel Shaker Screen, also known as a PU screen panel, is mounted on a shale shaker to remove drilled solids from drilling fluid. It forms the screening surface across the shaker deck.
During operation, shaker vibration moves the cuttings across the panel. Drilling fluid and smaller particles pass through the openings, while larger cuttings travel toward the discharge end.
The openings are molded directly into the polyurethane panel rather than woven from wire mesh. PU has good resistance to abrasion and impact, making the panel suitable for repeated contact with drilled solids. Its flexible structure also provides a durable screening surface for continuous shaker operation.
