TR Mud Gun is installed in drilling mud tanks to provide supplemental mixing and circulation. It is commonly used with mud agitators, especially around tank corners and other low-flow areas.
Pressurized drilling fluid enters the mud gun and exits through the nozzle as a directed jet. The jet keeps mud moving around the tank and helps prevent solids from settling at the bottom. Fixed models direct the jet in one position, while rotary models allow the jet direction to be adjusted through 360°.
