Hyperpool PWP Shaker Screen is made for Derrick Hyperpool shale shakers. One side has an operating handle, while the opposite side has a triangular breach in the center. These features follow the mounting arrangement of the corresponding Hyperpool screen.
The PWP panel consists of 2–3 layers of stainless steel wire mesh backed by a perforated wear plate. The metal backing supports the wire cloth as the shaker runs and keeps the screening surface steady under vibration.
Drilling fluid flows across the vibrating screen. Larger drilled solids stay on top and move toward the discharge end. Smaller particles and liquid pass through the openings and continue to the next stage of solids control.
