Hyperpool PMD Shaker Screen is made as a replacement for Derrick Hyperpool 4-panel shale shakers. Its raised three-dimensional Pyramid surface makes better use of the available panel area and leaves more of the panel open for screening than a conventional flat screen.
During operation, drilling fluid moves across the vibrating screen. Fine particles and liquid pass through the openings, while larger drilled solids stay on the screen and move toward the discharge end.
A hook strip frame secures the screen on the Hyperpool shaker deck and allows it to be fitted in the corresponding screen position.
