15. What payment methods do you accept?

Commonly accepted payment methods include:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30‑50% deposit, balance before shipment or against copy of B/L.
L/C (Letter of Credit): Sight or usance L/C (bank must have good standing).
Other methods: Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance, etc., negotiable.

16. How is your equipment packed and shipped?

Shipping: We can arrange international sea freight (FOB Tianjin/Qingdao/Shanghai), railway (to Central Asia/Russia), or air freight. Customers may also appoint their own forwarder for ex‑works pickup.

17. What should I do if a failure occurs during the warranty period?

The customer should provide failure description, photos, or videos as soon as possible. TR Solids Control will give an initial diagnosis within 24 hours. If confirmed as a warranty claim, we will ship the replacement parts free of charge. If the problem is complex and requires on‑site resolution, the field service terms (section 4.1) will apply.

18. Do you supply spare parts? What is the lead time for spares?

Yes. TR Solids Control keeps commonly used spare parts in stock (screens, belts, bearings, seals, electrical components, etc.). Standard spare parts lead time: 3‑7 days (domestic), 5‑10 days by international courier. Custom‑made parts may take longer. We recommend ordering a recommended spare parts kit together with the main equipment.
