TR Cuttings Box provides a dedicated container for drilled cuttings coming from solids control and cuttings treatment equipment. It is normally placed close to the discharge point, allowing cuttings to move directly into the box before further handling.
Shale shakers, vertical cuttings dryers, and other processing equipment discharge cuttings through the top loading opening. The box holds the material until it is ready to be moved for transport, treatment, or disposal.
When the box reaches its working load, a crane lifts the filled box away and an empty box takes its place. Collection can then continue while the filled box moves to the next stage.
The enclosed body keeps wet cuttings contained during this process. Empty boxes can be stacked when they are not in use, which makes storage easier where space is limited. The marine-grade coating also suits applications where corrosion protection is required, including offshore drilling operations.
